Operate CNC mills and lathes on second shift to produce aerospace components
Program and edit G-code using CAD/CAM software
Design and build custom fixtures and follow setup sheets
Inspect finished parts with precision instruments to verify dimensions
Maintain and troubleshoot machining equipment and communicate with engineering teams
Develop standardized workflows and maintain documentation for shop procedures

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of hands-on CNC setup/operation experience; wire EDM a plus
Ability to perform first article inspections and edit programs
Design/build custom fixturing and adhere to setup sheets
G-code programming knowledge; read and edit existing programs
Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, dial indicators
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T standards
