📋 Description

• CLEAR TO BUILD: manage CTB; 26-week material visibility; resolve issues.
• ALLOCATIONS: manage tight-supply component allocations; view supply vs demand.
• REPORTING: build/maintain concise, timely reports for decisions.
• NEW PRODUCT MATERIALS READINESS: lead material readiness for NPI; assess risks.
• SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: build/manage supplier relationships; conduct regular SBRs to track KPIs.
• STRATEGIC COST AND MARKET INTELLIGENCE: monitor pricing and lead times; propose make/buy decisions.
• LOGISTICS: ensure smooth material flow; optimize inbound lead time; manage returns.
• Location: Taiwan.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in quantitative fields
• 7+ years in supply chain and project management
• Domain expertise with Asian ODM/JDM/EMS management & product development processes
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving; able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Mandarin and English proficiency
• Preferred: startup experience
• Preferred: advanced modeling and predictive analytics skills
