Senior Materials Program Manager

📋 Description

• Plan BOM materials to ensure availability across lifecycle (in-house and CM).
• Manage Clear-to-Build (CTB) to meet production plans and orders.
• Identify supply chain risks and escalate with stakeholders.
• Use CTB to drive ECO, product transitions, and material revisions.
• Collaborate with purchasing to drive supply commitments and strategy.
• Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, program, design, and logistics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Operations.
• 5-8 years in OEM/JDM/ODM hardware with CM experience.
• Strong analytical and data-based problem solving; handle large data.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; present status in weekly meetings.
• On-site in Hayward, CA (3 days/week); PLM/ERP knowledge a plus.
