📋 Description

• Own design of the Aurora Driver Module from concept to production.
• Integrate the compute hardware with ECUs into manufacturing-ready assemblies.
• Design for safety-critical environments with robustness and manufacturability.
• Collaborate across electrical, manufacturing, and reliability teams.
• Support and sustain autonomous-vehicle hardware on roads today.
• Cross-functional hardware product engineering collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering with 4+ years of experience.
• CAD design and 2D drawing with GD&T; Catia 3DX preferred.
• Parts interfacing with PCBAs and sensors.
• High-volume manufacturing: injection molding, die-casting, stamping.
• Design for harsh environments including shock/vibration and temperature cycling.
• Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of hardware systems; travel 3-4 times/year.
