Senior Mechanical Design Engineer - Mining

📋 Description

• Define detailed design specifications
• Project plan by making time and cost estimates for projects
• Conceptual and mechanic design and modelling of new products, modules and components
• Guide internal design members to build and maintain all mining products, especially mechanical and
• Run external design actions and observe, guide and validate the results
• Define of mechanical quality requirements on mechanical parts

🎯 Requirements

• Mechanical engineer or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience
• Analytical and creative with a focus on the essentials
• Mechanical background (optional electromechanical too)
• Ideally an apprenticeship in a mechanical job or a hobby-related passion
• Experience using Solidworks or another 3D modelling system
• Knowledge on PDM/PLM (e.g. PRO.FILE)
