Senior Mechanical Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop and implement mechanical designs for complex systems.
• Apply DfM/DfA/DfX; optimize parts for injection molding.
• Produce drawings, BOMs, tolerance analyses, and design reviews.
• Interface with external vendors for custom part fabrication.
• Collaborate with testing labs for product compliance.
• Conduct reliability tests: drop, ingress, thermal, cycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of product development from concept to production.
• Strong CAD (SolidWorks) and FEA.
• Plastic injection molding, DFM/DFA, tolerance analysis.
• Ingress protection and thermal management for portable devices.
• PCBAs and flex cables experience.
• ISO 13485 and medical device design controls.
• Strong communication skills; team-oriented.
