🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Significant experience in mechanical engineering with project leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing complex engineering projects, preferably in aerospace, defence, industrial, or
• Strong technical expertise in mechanical design, development, and electro-mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; mentoring experience.
