📋 Description

• Execution from architecture to mass production
• Design, prototype, refine solutions to engineering challenges
• Interface with global suppliers to mass production
• Identify opportunities for quality, cost, assembly
• Production tooling development and monitoring
• Root cause and failure analysis on parts and products

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
• 6+ years in engineering with 3+ in Cable Harness/Interconnect design
• Understanding of cable/connector tests and electrical performance
• Metallurgy, solid mechanics, and material selection for electrical contacts
• Experience with USCAR, IEC, IPC standards; EMI considerations
• Proficient in CAD (Zuken and NX); able to review 2D drawings and tolerances
