Design and analyze hardware for launch vehicle fluid and propulsion systems
Develop and validate fluid, thermal, and structural aspects of components
Plan and execute internal qualification tests for developed components
Conduct trade studies to satisfy system requirements
Collaborate with partners across the company and iterate on hardware at the factory
Contribute to the Terran R program with cross-team input

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical Engineering or relevant)
5+ years of experience with fluids system component design
Strong fundamentals in thermodynamics, structures, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer
Experience with CFD and FEA tools (ANSYS)
CAD experience with NX, CREO, Solidworks
Experience designing fluid system pressure components (fittings, seals, valves, regulators) and
