🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing complex projects in aerospace, defence, industrial, or highly regulated sectors.
• Strong technical expertise in mechanical design, development, and electro-mechanical systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high quality and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with customers and senior stakeholders.
