Own mechanical systems end to end: structures, mechanisms, electromechanical integration
Design large-scale structures: frames, weldments, enclosures, supports
Design mechanisms for precise positioning and articulation
Integrate transducers, electronics, cabling, and thermal management
Perform tolerance, structural/FEA, and kinematics analysis
Build and test via 3D printing and rapid prototyping

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
5+ years designing and shipping electromechanical hardware
Proven track record in mechanism design for real-world use
Experience designing larger-scale structures (frames, gantries, enclosures)
Proficiency in CAD (OnShape) for design, optimization, system integration
Strong rapid-prototyping experience; hands-on in shop
