Senior Mechanical Engineer/Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead mechanical engineering design and project delivery, ensuring technical solutions meet client
• Develop, review, and coordinate mechanical systems and CAD drawings throughout schematic design
• Coordinate multiple projects, establish work plans, monitor deliverables, manage budgeted hours
• Prepare and review load calculations, specifications, scope-of-work narratives, basis-of-design
• Apply expertise in chilled water, hot water, condenser water, steam, water-source heat pumps
• Perform advanced equipment selection and analysis for chillers, boilers, cooling towers, air

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in mechanical design and/or project management.
• Degree in engineering and a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Demonstrated experience in building design and mechanical engineering for complex facilities.
• Strong technical proficiency in CAD drawings, engineering calculations, mechanical specifications
• Extensive knowledge of applicable building and mechanical codes.
• Advanced understanding of HVAC systems including chilled and hot water systems, hydronic systems
