Senior Mechanical Engineer: Test Development Engineering

📋 Description

• Design, validate, and sustain precision assembly, test, and calibration equipment for production
• Develop jigs, fixtures, and metrology systems to ensure performance, repeatability, and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and system capabilities.
• Utilize CAD tools (Creo, SolidWorks) to model mechanics with GD&T for precision alignment.
• Generate and maintain design specifications, calibration procedures, and test system documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field; 10+ years in mechanical
• Proficiency in CAD (Creo, SolidWorks) and analysis tools (FEA, tolerance analysis).
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, pneumatics, electromechanical integration, and
