🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
• 4+ years in mechanical, fluid or electronic systems
• 3D CAD and 2D drafting using SolidWorks
• Hands-on projects designing, drafting, and manufacturing components
• Experience standardizing electromechanical systems and root-cause actions
• Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and communicate well
