📋 Description

• Plan, launch, manage, and scale paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google
• Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on
• Analyse campaign results and player data to identify performance trends, uncover growth
• Design and execute tests across creative assets, audience segments, landing pages, and campaign
• Manage advertising budgets strategically, scaling investment while maintaining strong returns and
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and acquisition teams to develop, test, and refine campaign

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in media buying, paid acquisition, or performance marketing.
• Strong practical experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads; familiarity with TikTok, Snapchat, or
• Experience in iGaming, gambling, betting, social casino, sweepstakes, or another performance-driven
• Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics, campaign measurement, budget allocation, and
• Proven ability to manage substantial advertising budgets and make informed decisions based on data
• Strong analytical skills, business awareness, and a proactive approach to testing, problem-solving
