Senior Media Intelligence Analyst

📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day delivery and quality of AI-supported Media Intelligence services, including
• Review, validate, and refine AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, relevance, editorial quality
• Perform hands-on editorial and analytical work, including summarizing media coverage, tagging and
• Manage assigned services against established briefs, quality standards, and deadlines, proactively
• Partner with Customer Service to implement client requests and changes to ongoing Media
• Collaborate with Service Automation and Information Technology teams to troubleshoot issues

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in media monitoring, media intelligence, media analysis, editorial
• Hands-on experience reviewing and validating media content, including summarization, content
• Strong editorial judgment and writing skills, with the ability to turn complex media coverage into
• Experience independently managing recurring client deliverables or services, including
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying quality issues, resolving
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly with teammates and
