📋 Description

• Own your markets end to end — plan, book, steer and evaluate offline campaigns across TV, radio
• Deliver against volume and CPL targets, understand performance drivers, take fast action when
• Build and challenge media plans — define channel mix, benchmark and negotiate opportunities
• Establish cause and effect between media changes and business outcomes, turn insights into actions
• Own agencies and media partners — challenge their output, lead commercial discussions, verify

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on offline media experience across TV, radio, OOH and other channels
• Deep local media-market expertise in Germany or Spain
