Senior Media Manager, Retail Media Network - Mass & Club

📋 Description

• Lead annual retail media planning, campaign strategy, activation, optimization, budget pacing, and
• Translate customer plans, joint business planning priorities, assortment, product innovation
• Develop balanced full-funnel strategies connecting demand creation and demand capture through
• Recommend investment allocations by retailer, brand, product, and campaign objective, reallocating
• Maintain effective always-on retail search coverage to support priority brands and products against
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, market share, new-to-brand and household penetration

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Digital Commerce, Analytics, or a related
• At least 8 years of experience supporting Mass and Club customers and integrating retail media with
• Progressive experience in retail media, shopper marketing, digital media, eCommerce, customer
• Hands-on experience developing, activating, optimizing, and measuring retail media campaigns across
• Experience managing agency and platform partners and influencing cross-functional teams without
• Knowledge of incrementality, marketing return on investment, household and new-buyer growth, sales
