6+ years in media planning, marketing analytics, or growth strategy with real ownership of plans
Deep fluency across paid channels including search, social, programmatic, video, audio, and offline
Strong quantitative foundation in forecasting and scenario modeling; strong SQL and comfort in BI
Hands-on experience with mix modeling, incrementality testing, and geographic experiments
Financial rigor and comfort owning a number that has to tie out, including reconciliation
Ability to compress a complex analysis into a one-page executive recommendation
