Senior Medical Director, Hematology Clinical Development

📋 Description

• Manages the design and implementation of one or more clinical development programs
• Oversees clinical studies, monitors study integrity, and interprets safety/efficacy data
• Responsible for design, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of scientific content of protocols
• May oversee Medical Directors, Scientific Directors, and Clinical Scientists
• Provides in-house clinical expertise, participates in due diligence or business development
• May serve on or chair Clinical Strategy Team

🎯 Requirements

• Medical Doctor (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) or non-US equivalent with relevant therapeutic
• Completion of residency program strongly preferred; subspecialty fellowship desirable
• At least 2 years of clinical trial experience in pharmaceutical industry, academia, or equivalent
• Ability to run clinical research program of moderate complexity with minimal supervision
• Ability to perform and bring out the best in others on global team
• Ability to interact externally and internally to support global strategy
