Senior Medical Director, Oncology Clinical Development (Solid Tumors)

📋 Description

• Oversees direction, planning, execution, and interpretation of clinical trials.
• Leads cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality clinical data.
• Manages design and implementation of development programs within PDP and regulatory scope.
• Oversees study integrity, enrollment, timelines, and SAE reporting.
• Develops protocols, Investigator Brochures, clinical study reports, and submissions.
• Provides in-house clinical expertise and partners on translational strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• MD/DO or non-US MD with relevant specialty; residency preferred.
• At least 2 years of clinical trial experience in pharma/academia.
• Ability to run a moderate complexity clinical program with minimal supervision.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership in global teams.
• Knowledge of trial methodology and regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Excellent English communication skills.
