Senior Medical Director, Oncology Early Development

📋 Description

• Oversees direction, planning, execution, and interpretation of clinical trials or research
• Participates in cross-functional teams to generate, deliver, and interpret high-quality clinical
• Manages design and implementation of development programs based on medical principles and
• Oversees study enrollment, timelines, and data safety/efficacy reviews with Clinical Operations.
• Designs, analyzes, interprets, and reports scientific content for protocols, CSRs, and regulatory
• Leads or mentors Medical Directors/Scientists and coordinates translational strategies as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• MD/DO or non-US equivalent; residency preferred; subspecialty fellowship desirable.
• At least 2 years of clinical trial experience in pharma, academia, or equivalent.
• Ability to run a clinical research program of moderate complexity with minimal supervision.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and global team leadership skills.
• Knowledge of clinical trial methodology, regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
