Senior Medical Director, Oncology Early Development

📋 Description

• Lead direction, planning, execution of early-phase trials
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for data generation and dissemination
• Ensure alignment with product strategy and regulatory requirements
• Oversee study design, timelines, and data integrity
• Provide clinical expertise to internal stakeholders and partners
• Maintain awareness of therapeutic area developments

🎯 Requirements

• Medical Doctor (MD/DO) or non-US equivalent; oncology subspecialty desirable
• ≥3 years clinical trial experience; ≥2 years in pharma industry
• Ability to manage moderate complexity clinical programs with minimal supervision
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and global team leadership
• Experience in thoracic malignancies and/or T-cell engagers preferred
