Senior Medical Director , US Immunology Medical Affairs

📋 Description

• Provide strategic and scientific leadership for immunology products.
• Develop US medical strategy, tactical plans, and HCP engagement.
• Partner with field medical to educate HCPs, medical orgs, payers.
• Represent Medical Affairs on cross-functional initiatives and liaise with stakeholders.
• Lead US phase IV studies, analyses, and data generation efforts.
• Oversee US publication strategy and medical education tactics.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, or PhD) in life sciences.
• 10+ years in medical affairs/R&D; senior medical affairs director.
• Rare disease or immunology experience preferred.
• Strong scientific/clinical acumen; strategic and analytical.
• Experience addressing data gaps; presenting/publishing data.
• Cross-functional partnering across levels.
• Leadership and team-building skills; able to inspire others.
• US regulatory/compliance knowledge; patient-focused.
