📋 Description

• Edit and proofread healthcare marketing content for pharma clients
• Ensure AMA style, MLR guidelines, and client style compliance
• Collaborate with writers, managers, and production teams to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Support MLR submissions and align materials with client expectations
• Develop editorial style guides for interdepartmental use
• Mentor department staff and assist with regulatory submissions as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years editing in healthcare/pharmaceutical industry
• Thorough knowledge of AMA (11th edition) style
• Experience editing print and digital materials; proficient with MS Office and Acrobat
• Familiarity with advertising/regulatory processes and pharma know-how
