📋 Description

• Provide approved responses to medical inquiries in Italian and English.
• Identify, document and report adverse events, pregnancy, and product quality complaints within
• Ensure all medical information inquiries are tracked and documented in the Medical Information
• Participate in out-of-hours medical information for 24/7 enquiry handling clients.
• Provide management with updates on project status and metrics.
• Assist in PV inspections/audits and pharmacovigilance system readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Life science / biomedical background (chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, nursing).
• Customer service or call centre experience preferred.
• Comfortable handling inquiries by phone.
• Ability to perform out-of-hours service if required.
• Time/issue management, organization and multitasking with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
