📋 Description

• Provide approved responses to medical inquiries from external customers in Italian and English.
• Identify, document, and report adverse events, pregnancy, and product quality complaints within

• Participate in out-of-hours medical information for a 24/7 enquiry handling service.
• Provide management with regular updates on project status and metrics related to inquiries.

🎯 Requirements

• Life science / biomedical background (chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, nursing).
• Customer service or call centre experience preferred.
• Comfortable taking inquiries by phone.
• Ability to perform out-of-hours service if required.
• Time and issue management, organization, multitasking with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
