📋 Description

• Handle complex medical information enquiries in English, providing accurate responses to healthcare
• Support translation activities, medical information call handling, and manage a wide range of
• Document and report adverse events, product quality complaints, pregnancies, and special situations
• Ensure all enquiries are accurately tracked in the medical information database and perform
• Support the development of FAQs, standard response letters, and literature-based responses for
• Act as a Medical Information Project Lead when required, prepare client reports, facilitate client

🎯 Requirements

• Life science / bio medical background – healthcare related degree (chemistry, biology
• Prior experience in Medical Information or Pharmacovigilance
• Prior experience in a call-centre environment
• Advanced English skills, both verbal and written
• Customer service or call centre experience preferred
• Comfortable receiving enquiries by phone
