📋 Description

• Own the technical direction of AI systems: retrieval, generation, verification, evaluation, and
• Work closely with VP of Engineering and co-founders to influence product strategy, technical
• Deliver high-craft output for pharma assets, ensuring visual and textual excellence with proper
• Connect generated content to real-world performance metrics including engagement, HCP response, and
• Develop offline metrics that track downstream MLR pass rate
• Ensure claim-level attribution with provenance preserved through generation

🎯 Requirements

• Experience shipping, operating, and maintaining ML/LLM systems in production
• History of inventing metrics to measure and improve systems
• Depth in LLMs: retrieval, agentic pipelines, targeted fine-tuning, and judgment on the best tool
• Full-stack proficiency: Python, FastAPI, Docker, AWS; able to take ideas from research to deployed
• Judgment under ambiguity: confident decisions amid unknowns, unafraid to be wrong and adjust fast
• Strong collaboration and feedback skills; direct and open style preferred
