Senior Member of Technical Staff: ML Systems and Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Architect AI infrastructure: end-to-end ML platform from training to inference.
• Optimize and serve LLM inference stacks; improve throughput, latency, scale.
• Partner with AI research teams to accelerate experimentation and deployment.
• Build CI/CD/CT pipelines with Argo Workflows, ArgoCD and GitHub Actions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in infra or software; 2+ years in MLOps for large-scale systems.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Kubernetes production exp; proficient with Helm, ArgoCD, Argo Workflows.
• GPU and cloud mastery; optimize resources for training and deployment.
• LLM inference serving experience: vLLM, SGLang, Triton, Ray Serve.
• Strong in Python or Go; PyTorch, Jax, or TensorFlow.
