Senior Merchandising Associate

📋 Description

• Own ideation and execution of seasonal Line Plans for Intimates and Apparel
• Lead end-to-end assortment for Intimates and Apparel with doc maintenance
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings with Design, Sourcing, Planning, Site Merch, Creative, and
• Drive product launches and calendarized email initiatives
• Analyze weekly/monthly/quarterly sales and translate data into insights
• Support wholesale accounts and align with Merchandising Manager on strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in retail merchandising or a similar role
• Experience in Intimates and/or Apparel a plus
• Strong knowledge of retail financial measurements
• Experience collaborating with Design, Sourcing, and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with G-Suite and Excel
• Strong product sensibility and ability to work cross-functionally
