🎯 Requirements

4+ years merchandising experience
Knowledge of women’s apparel marketplace and consumer
Growth mindset and entrepreneurial approach to delivering results
Knowledge of product development, financials, and production
Strong leadership and communication skills with cross-functional partners
Fluency with merchandising systems, tools, and applications
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
