Senior Metrology Engineer

📋 Description

• Perform maintenance, calibration, and/or qualification of routine and advanced laboratory
• Maintain compliance of quality systems and laboratory instrumentation.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of laboratory instrumentation.
• Implement/validate routine instrumentation and assist with research/implementation/validation of
• Provide oversight, guidance, and training to technical personnel.
• Ensure completion of preventative maintenance, routine testing, and assigned validation testing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in physical science, engineering, or information technology
• 8 years GxP, laboratory, and/or instrument maintenance and repair experience
• A combination of college and related technical experience will be considered (e.g. 12+ years
• Experience performing and documenting instrument trouble shooting, non-routine events, and/or
• Experience writing technical documents (e.g. procedures, investigations)
• Experience developing instrument validation deliverables (e.g. protocols, test scripts) within a
