📋 Description

• Lead the operational execution and continuous improvement of partner programs, including partner
• Coordinate program implementation across partner managers and supporting teams, manage review
• Develop standardized processes, communication plans, playbooks, and enablement materials to drive
• Independently lead strategic partner initiatives from initial definition and planning through
• Establish clear project objectives, scope, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, decision
• Manage partner launch governance and project management office activities by overseeing intake

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in partner operations, partner programs, business
• Demonstrated experience operating as a senior business partner or trusted deputy, providing
• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, strategic alliances, channel programs, and the
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept development and
• Experience designing and implementing operating models, governance structures, strategic roadmaps
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with dashboards, scorecards, KPI
