Senior Microsoft Cloud Services Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead cloud migration and modernization assessments, including workload evaluation, Azure landing zone design, migration planning, and post-migration optimization.
• Architect enterprise Microsoft solutions across Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and hybrid/on-prem infrastructure.
• Develop and present architectural roadmaps, reference designs, and technical solution documentation.
• Design security architectures using Entra ID, Conditional Access, Defender, Purview, and related capabilities.
• Lead discovery workshops and visioning engagements aligning Microsoft capabilities with client goals.
• Collaborate with sales/solutions engineering and partners to scope and present Microsoft-focused solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years IT infra/engineering; 5+ years MS tech in enterprise; AZ-305/AZ-104 bonus.
• 3+ years client-facing architect/consultant designing MS solutions.
• Deep Azure core services expertise: networking, compute, storage, identity, monitoring.
• MS 365 experience: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune/Endpoint Manager.
• Azure governance: landing zones, management groups, policy.
• Security controls: Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, Defender, Purview.
