🎯 Requirements

Minimum of 7 years in IT Security; 5+ years in Data Protection
Sensitivity labels and classification: built a label taxonomy, set up auto-labeling, and rolled
Purview DLP: wrote and tuned policies across Exchange, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams and endpoints
Microsoft 365 security admin: roles, RBAC, Entra ID basics
Has worked directly with legal, compliance, privacy or audit teams
Plus, at least one of these areas of experience, the more the better: eDiscovery (Premium) and
