Senior Mid-Market Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end onboarding for mid-market/multi-property clients from kickoff through go-live and
• Configure and deploy Canary's product suite with complex configurations for hotel groups.
• Lead integrations to PMS, payment, and other platforms; coordinate internal teams and vendors.
• Establish mutual success criteria and drive product adoption to meet goals.
• Manage senior/multi-stakeholder relationships and expectations to reach go-live.
• Identify expansion opportunities during onboarding with Sales and Customer Success.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA).
• 2-3 years in account management or customer success in B2B SaaS.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering multiple implementations to go-live on time.
• Consultative mindset, ability to drive adoption and spot expansion.
• Strong multi-account management and prioritization skills.

• Target cash compensation $104,000 - $127,000 plus quarterly bonus; stock option grant.
