Senior Mission Lead Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Serve as technical authority for the mission; lead design and development.
• Lead tailoring and implementation of the mission design process.
• Translate customer objectives into clear technical requirements.
• Serve as primary technical POC with customers, partners, and teams.
• Manage requirements traceability, verification, and validation.
• Define mission CONOPS and manage subsystem budgets.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in engineering and 10+ years in complex systems and spacecraft design.
• Technical lead on at least one complex USG/DoD/IC or commercial design.
• Experience interfacing with external customers.
• Extensive experience in system modeling, analysis, and simulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to rapidly adapt roles in a fast-paced environment.
