Senior ML Engineer

📋 Description

• Deliver end-to-end ML use cases (recommendations, safety, moderation).
• Design, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models.
• Balance speed of delivery with robustness and reliability.
• Improve ML lifecycle: training, deployment, monitoring.
• Establish KPIs and monitoring to track model performance.
• Align models with product and safety objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in ML/Data with large-scale datasets.
• Strong expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Proficient in Python (data stack).
• Strong knowledge of neural networks and LLMs.
• End-to-end ML systems (data to training to deployment to monitoring).
• Production ML experience, not just research.
