Senior ML Engineer

📋 Description

• Own full lifecycle in a high-ownership squad for systems processing millions of bids/sec.
• Lead backend architecture for real-time ML inference and OpenRTB bidding.
• Collaborate with data scientists to deploy and optimize ML models for real-time bidding.
• Oversee the development of A/B testing frameworks for model and bidding optimization.
• Ensure backend services are high-performance, low-latency, scalable for millions of events/sec.
• Role can be based in Paris or Helsinki (hybrid).

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years backend engineering, scalable high-performance systems.
• ML in production: deploying models for inference.
• Distributed systems, microservices, API design in Python.
• Observability: Prometheus, Grafana; CI/CD; Terraform.
• A/B testing in backend systems and end-to-end ownership.
• Nice-to-have: OpenRTB, real-time data processing, model serving.
