Senior ML Infrastructure Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and own underwriting infrastructure powering ML models.
• Make training reliable, reproducible, scalable as data grows.
• Develop API layer for real-time quotes in seconds.
• Own latency, reliability, and scalability of the serving path.
• Accelerate data science iteration with tooling.
• Remove friction from ideas to production-ready models.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong track record building ML or data infra in production at scale.
• Proficiency in Python, with Spark, Databricks or equivalent.
• Experience with model training pipelines and/or low-latency serving.
• Experience building tooling for experimentation and backtesting.
• Ability to own systems end-to-end, set standards, and monitor/on-call.
• Genuine interest in modeling, not only the infrastructure.
