Senior Mobile Engineer (Android)

📋 Description

• Partner with product/design to shape what we build and draft specs.
• Build/refine systems to source, match, and surface offers; set timing.
• Own Android; contribute to iOS/backend when needed.
• Use AI-native tools for cross-stack development and faster iteration.
• Translate customer pain points into technical solutions using data.
• Run A/B experiments to validate impact on savings/earnings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years building/shipping mobile apps at scale; strong Android focus.
• Product-minded with ability to spec and measure outcomes.
• Tech lead experience; end-to-end ownership; mentoring.
• Kotlin fluency; strong reactive paradigms (Coroutines/Flow).
• Proficient with Android architectures (MVVM/MVI/MVP) and Jetpack.
• Familiar with Android UI (XML, Jetpack Compose) and SDLC practices.
• Experience with mobile analytics/experimentation (Amplitude, A/B tests) is a plus.
