Senior Mobile Engineer (Android)

📋 Description

• Partner with product, design, and analytics to shape specs and outcomes.
• Build systems for acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention; decide tests and measurements.
• Own Android; contribute to iOS, backend, or web (React/TypeScript) when needed.
• AI-native development: use AI tools and agents for cross-stack coding.
• Translate customer pain and goals into technical solutions; push back with data.
• Run experiments (A/B tests, funnels) to validate growth impact and kill what doesn't.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years building and shipping Android apps at scale.
• Fluent Kotlin with Coroutines/Flow and RxJava.
• Experience with MVVM/MVI/MVP and Clean Architecture; Jetpack.
• Deep Android UI: XML and Jetpack Compose.
• Experience with AI tools and mobile analytics (Amplitude, A/B testing).
