📋 Description

• Own the iOS experience for Thrive products and onboarding.
• Run experiments to validate product concepts from hypothesis to launch.
• Own outcomes and improve conversion through design and product levers.
• Maintain precision in a regulated credit product for compliance.
• Grow into full iOS ownership within 6-12 months.
• Collaborate across PMs, design, data science, and backend engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years iOS experience building consumer apps
• Consumer product background required
• Experimentation & analytics experience (Statsig/LaunchDarkly, Amplitude/FullStory)
• Outcome-oriented, independent problem solver
• Detail-oriented in regulated products
• Android or cross-platform interest a plus
