📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing native mobile apps for iOS and Android; strong portfolio.
• Deep understanding of native patterns, motion, and mobile UX best practices.
• Lead product discovery, navigate ambiguity, define opportunities without roadmaps.
• Strong analytical mindset; interpret metrics and conduct user research.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; defend concepts.
• Experience cross-functional with Product, Engineering, Data, Research in Agile.
• Practical AI tools to improve design workflows; curious about AI-driven UX.
• Based in Europe with right to work; German helpful but not required.
