📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end native mobile UX for iOS and Android.
• Identify opportunities for native mobile value; validate via research.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define strategy and roadmap.
• Lead discovery with tests, user insights, and data-driven decisions.
• Create innovative mobile experiences with scalable design systems.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure feasible, accessible, high-quality solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing native mobile apps for iOS and Android with shipped products.
• Deep understanding of native interaction patterns, motion, and mobile UX.
• Lead product discovery and navigate ambiguity without predefined roadmaps.
• Strong analytical mindset: metrics, user research, evidence-based decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; cross-functional in Agile.
• Based in Europe with right to work; strong English; German helpful.
