🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing native mobile apps for iOS/Android; strong portfolio.
• Deep understanding of native interaction patterns, motion, mobile UX.
• Lead product discovery; navigate ambiguity without predefined roadmaps.
• Strong analytics; interpret metrics, conduct user research, evidence-based decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; defend and refine concepts.
• Based in Europe with right to work; fluent English; German helpful.
