Senior Mobile Product Designer (f/m/x)

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end native mobile UX for iOS and Android.
• Identify where native mobile adds unique value, via research and experiments.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define strategy and roadmap.
• Lead discovery by testing assumptions and gathering user insights.
• Create innovative mobile experiences with scalable design systems.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure feasible, accessible, high-quality solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing native mobile apps for iOS and Android with a strong portfolio.
• Deep understanding of native interaction patterns, motion, and mobile UX.
• Proven ability to lead product discovery, navigate ambiguity, and define opportunities.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting metrics and doing user research.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research in Agile teams.
• Based in Europe with the legal right to work; English fluency required (German helpful).
