📋 Description

• Own the native mobile UX for iOS and Android apps with high-quality journeys.
• Identify native mobile value via research, experiments, and metrics.
• Collaborate with PMs and Engineers to define strategy, priorities, and roadmap.
• Lead discovery by testing assumptions, gathering user insights, and data.
• Create innovative mobile experiences with scalable design systems.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure feasible, accessible, performant solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing native iOS/Android apps with a strong portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of native interactions, platform conventions, motion, UX.
• Proven in leading product discovery and navigating ambiguity.
• Analytical with metrics, user research, and evidence-based design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in agile teams.
• Cross-functional experience with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research in Agile.
