Senior Modeling & Simulation (M&S) Engineer

📋 Description

• Create reusable models, tools, and simulation frameworks for rapid concept analysis
• Collaborate with SMEs to model interactions among spacecraft subsystems and payloads
• Develop simulation capabilities for optical, RF, ISR, and future payloads
• Validate digital twins against in-space operational data
• Develop tools for documentation, CI testing, and automated data analysis
• Provide training for users on simulation usage and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Software Engineering, CS, CE, Systems Eng, Aerospace Eng, Physics, or related field
• 7+ years of software development experience with modern tools and practices
• Experience delivering end-to-end lifecycle software from requirements to deployment
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance simulation fidelity, runtime performance, and constraints
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
